Host & Villa plans are flat-rate · $29.99/month for 1–4 listings (Host), with the Villa/Manager tier adding fleet ops, the full upsell catalog and the affiliate program for larger portfolios. The Growth, Pro and Villa/Manager tiers are tailored to your property, contact us for a quote.
Yes, every self-serve plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime. All plans include the grounded AI concierge, the official WhatsApp Business API, digital check-in and bilingual English/es-MX support.
The AI concierge on the official WhatsApp Business API and digital/QR check-in are included from the entry tier. Native checkout and folio settlement come in with the revenue tier (Growth for hotels; the flat Host plan already includes in-chat payments).
Standard Stripe processing fees on the payments you collect are billed by Stripe and are separate from your HiLucy subscription.
