Standard is $49.99/month plus $9.99/month per room with a 3% platform fee (up to $50k/month); Premium is $149.99/month plus the same $9.99/month per room, with a 2% platform fee and unlimited volume. The per-room rate is identical on both paid plans, so upgrading only changes the base. Use the slider to see your price. Hosts and villas pay a flat monthly rate instead, no per-room math.

Yes. Hotels have a genuinely free plan: Free is $0/month with no per-room fee, you pay only the 5% platform fee on payments processed through HiLucy. The self-serve Host plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime. All plans include the grounded AI concierge, the official WhatsApp Business API, digital check-in and bilingual English/es-MX support.

The AI concierge on the official WhatsApp Business API and digital/QR check-in are included from the entry tier. Native checkout and folio settlement come in with the revenue tier (Standard for hotels; the flat Host plan already includes in-chat payments).

Every plan includes support during business hours — Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Cancún time. We are a small team, so we publish targets we can actually staff rather than 24/7 promises. Free includes Community support: in-product Lucy help, the resources guides and email, with a response within 2 business days. Standard and Host include email and WhatsApp support with a response by the next business day. Priority — included with Premium and Villa/Manager, and a $49/month add-on on Standard — adds a WhatsApp direct line, a 4-business-hour response target, front-of-queue for fixes and a quarterly check-in call. Launch is guided onboarding on any paid plan, priced per agreement: property setup, menu and QR provisioning, staff routing and go-live support for your first 30 days.

No. Under our settlement model your property is the Stripe merchant of record, so Stripe bills you its standard processing fees directly on the payments you collect, separate from your HiLucy subscription. In addition, hotel plans carry a HiLucy platform fee on payment volume processed through the platform: 5% on Free, 3% on Standard and 2% on Premium, as published on each plan card.

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 provider — card numbers and security codes never touch HiLucy's servers. Guest personal data sits under a documented GDPR program with automatic deletion timelines.
