What Lucy does

For the guest

A message gets a room, a meal, a spa slot, a scooter, a transfer, or a person. In their language. Card in the conversation. Nothing to download.

For the property

Check-in, folio with card on file, staff routing by department, menus, automations, affiliates, and ad attribution in one admin app.

Under the hood

A supervisor-and-assistants agent with about 40 tools, grounded in the property’s own isolated knowledge. No guest or hotel data trains any model.

How HiLucy makes money

Subscription

Three tiers, signed off in August 2026 and billable in Stripe.

HiLucy subscription tiers
TierMonthlyPer roomTake rateVolume cap
Free$0$05%Soft cap $10k/month
Standard$49$4.993%To $50k/month
Premium$149$9.992%Unlimited

Guest service fee

5% plus $0.99 on bookings HiLucy sources through its own storefronts, campaigns, and affiliates. This replaces the card surcharge, which two internal pricing reviews concluded has to be restated as a payment-method-agnostic fee.

Marketplace and affiliates

10 to 25% through the built-in commission engine. Affiliate tiers at 10, 12, and 15% are live on two pilot properties, with partner revenue splits of 20 to 25%.

Pricing signed off August 2026 and billable in Stripe. Subscription revenue today is $0. Converting the existing base is the 90-day plan below.

Why now

The product is the ad

4,751 listing pages are built. Every prospect sees its own storefront before the first call, over WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Ahead where it matters

Against the 231 features in the Duve study, HiLucy leads on AI, task routing, and billing.

Built by a fleet

5,751 commits to production since June, from role-specialised AI agents under one CTO.

A cost base that fits

$110 a month of infrastructure. No office. Commission-only sales.

Scenario arithmetic

Arithmetic on the signed-off price list, not a forecast.

Monthly and annual revenue at four paying-property counts, on the signed-off price list
Paying propertiesMonthly subscriptionMonthly service feesMonthly gross revenueAnnual run rate
10$1,800$1,673$3,473$41,676
40$7,200$6,690$13,890$166,680
100$18,000$16,725$34,725$416,700
250$45,000$41,813$86,813$1,041,756

Assumptions

  • Blended subscription of $180 per paying property per month, which is Standard at 20 rooms with priority support on a third of them.
  • Guest service fee of 5% plus $0.99 on sourced bookings, at the largest merchant’s average booking of $114.
  • 25 sourced bookings per paying property per month, conservative against 152 charges a quarter at the largest merchant.
  • Sales cost of 20% of first-year subscription revenue, paid as commission.
  • Infrastructure at $110 per month, plus metered AI usage.

Forty paying properties is the twelve-month operating target. That is 4% of the listing pages already built, and under three times the number of properties that have already claimed a listing.

Risks, plainly

Subscription revenue is $0 today
Pricing signed off and billable. Conversion is the 90-day plan, and agents are on commission only.
Revenue concentration in one merchant
Ten properties transact. Outbound cohort of 989 with measured response, plus two closes and one onboarding this week.
WhatsApp outbound suspension in July
Paused voluntarily. Relaunch with opt-in capture and complaint handling, while SMS and email lanes run alongside so no single channel gates acquisition.
Mexico surcharge legality
The 5% card surcharge is being replaced by a service fee in the 90-day plan.
Ledger figures overstated by test data
Investor figures in this plan are Stripe-verified. Ledger clean-up is scheduled.
No measured SEO or traffic
Infrastructure is built. Connecting Search Console is a days-long task, with a first report within 30 days.
Security hygiene
Secret scanning and gitleaks are not yet in CI. A penetration test is in the use of funds, and the compliance documentation exists and is self-assessed.
Apple platform rules
The guest app was rejected once, for account deletion and in-app subscription reach. Both are fixed, and subscriptions are sold on the web only.
Key-person dependency on the CTO
The agent engineering model is documented, and hiring a second engineer is in the roadmap after month 6.

The ask

HiLucy is raising to fund four things: sales capacity and enablement, the marketplace and check-in work that closes the gaps in the Duve study, compliance and security hardening including an external penetration test, and twelve months of runway at the current cost base. Terms are discussed directly with the founders rather than published here. Send a note through the form below and Phil or Waseem will reply.
