About HiLucy

We give hotels, rentals, and small hospitality businesses a 24/7 guest concierge and the booking tools a big brand has — without the big-brand budget.

What we build

HiLucy is a hospitality platform built around Lucy, an AI guest concierge. Guests message Lucy on WhatsApp and get real answers in seconds — where to eat, how to check in, what time the shuttle leaves. When they want to book a spa treatment, a dinner table, or a tour, Lucy takes the booking and the payment right there in the chat.

Behind that chat sits the rest of the platform: bookings, online check-in, guest folios, and upsells across wellness, dining, tours, and rentals. It works for a boutique hotel, a vacation rental, a tour operator, or a restaurant — the same tools, scaled to whatever you run.

Why we're doing this

Big hotel brands have staff on call around the clock and software that ties every guest touchpoint together. Independent properties usually don't. A guest messages at 11pm, nobody's at the desk, and a simple question — or an easy upsell — slips away.

We want every property to have a concierge that never sleeps and speaks the guest's language. That's the whole point of HiLucy: answer the guest fast, in their language, and make it easy to say yes to the extras that make a stay better.

Where we are today

Lucy is live at KAN Hotel Tulum, running on a direct Cloudbeds integration so reservations and guest data stay in sync. She works in English and Mexican Spanish, and we're serving properties across Tulum, wider Mexico, and Belize.

We're a founder-led team focused on hospitality technology, building in the open with the properties that use HiLucy every day. Their guests — and their front-desk teams — tell us what to build next.

WhatsApp-first

Guests message Lucy on the app they already use. No download, no login, no new account to remember.

Answers that are grounded

Lucy answers from your property’s real information, not guesswork. If she doesn’t know, she hands off to your staff instead of making something up.

Booking and payment built in

Guests can book a treatment, a table, or a tour and pay right in the chat. It lands on the folio — no separate checkout tool to wire up.

Bilingual by default

English and Mexican Spanish out of the box, so guests hear back in the language they wrote in.
