A valid driver's license from any country. That's the only document required by default. A credit card on file lets you skip the deposit; we use it for a brief authorization, never a charge. Debit, prepaid, Revolut, and Wise aren't accepted for the hold. They're cash-movement, not credit. No credit card? You can hold your passport or leave a $200 USD deposit at pickup (cash, Venmo, or Revolut all work).

Rain is included. We don't refund weather. Tulum showers usually pass within an hour. If you scheduled a delivery and it's actively pouring at pickup time, we'll delay until it's safe; this doesn't extend your rental window.

Yes, message us at least an hour before your return so we can check the next booking; we'll confirm by text. Approved extensions are charged per hour: 100 MXN for scooters, 200 MXN for ATVs, 250 MXN for cars. Late returns without an approved extension are 400 MXN per hour for any vehicle.

Most likely yes. Pickup at our shop is always free, or we can drop the vehicle at your hotel for a small fee that depends on the area. The exact fee for your address shows at checkout. We don't deliver inside Sian Ka'an or Jaguar Park (entry restrictions).

Cash, card, or Venmo. All three work. We accept USD or Mexican pesos for cash. Cards go through Stripe (standard credit and debit only: we don't accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link). For the security hold a credit card is still needed unless you leave your passport or a $200 USD cash deposit instead.

You'll pick up with a full tank and return it full. If you'd rather not refuel before returning, add Pre-pay Gas at checkout and we'll handle the refuel. Gas isn't included by default.
