1. RENTAL PERIOD & LATE FEES
- Rental period is 24 hours from your scheduled pick-up time, regardless of late arrival.
- Late return fees:
- 175 MXN per 30 minutes.
- 300 MXN per hour.
- Option to rent for an additional day at the daily rate (if available).
- If you book a car and pick it up late, you are still responsible for the full rental cost, including any days you did not use.

2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you are responsible for 100% of the rental cost.
- No refunds for early returns, unused days, weather-related issues, or after the service has been provided.

3. COLLECTIONS & FEES
- If any amount owed under this agreement is not paid when due, you authorize us to charge the card on file.
- If the balance remains unpaid and is sent to a collections agency, you are responsible for all collection costs, including agency fees, legal fees, and any additional expenses incurred to recover the debt.
- Group rentals: All members of the group are considered jointly responsible for damages, fines, or costs.

4. FUEL POLICY
- Return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
- If not, you will be charged 300 MXN + the cost of missing fuel.
- Document the fuel level with a photo at pick-up.

5. DAMAGES & LOSS OF USE
- Renter pays for all damages they cause when not covered by insurance, plus any deductible costs or insurance claim costs.
- Vehicle condition: Renter agrees the vehicle is in good condition at pick-up. Photos/videos will be taken as proof.
- External damage includes, but is not limited to:
Broken mirrors
Tire/rim damage
Cracked bumpers, dents, or scratches
- Loss of use: $50 USD/day until the car is repaired and back in rental condition (excluding paid rental days).
- Lost items:
Circulation card or license plate: 6,000 MXN.
Missing AirTag: 800 MXN
Cleaning fee: 250 MXN if the car is returned dirty (food, sand, or garbage).

6. FINES & TOWING
- Police fines: Renter is responsible for all tickets (e.g., faulty lights).
- Towing: Renter is responsible for all fines/fees up to 7,000 MXN.
- Tow retrieval by company (optional): 4,000 MXN + tow fees.

7. NEGLIGENCE
- If the renter fails to notify the company of damages, abandons the vehicle (e.g., leaves it at a hotel without approval), or fails to properly return the car, a minimum negligence fee of $150 USD will be charged (in addition to repair costs).

8. DEPOSIT & CREDIT CARD POLICY
- To avoid leaving a passport or cash deposit, you must provide a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) that can be charged.
- A $0.50 authorization charge will be made to put your card on file.
- Debit cards, prepaid cards, Revolut, Wise cards, or maxed-out cards are not accepted.
- If you do not have a credit card, you can rent by leaving your passport (held securely) or $350 USD cash deposit.

9. EXTENDED RENTALS
- If you wish to extend your rental, you must notify us before your original return time.
- Extensions depend on car availability and must be fully paid in advance.
- The extension will be charged at your original daily rate.
- You will not receive additional discounts that would have applied if you had booked for a longer period initially.
- Once confirmed by text, this agreement automatically extends to the new return date/time.
-Approved extensions are 300 mxn per hour & unapproved late returns are charged 400 MXN per hour.
