ATV Rental Agreement

Version 2026-05-05 · Last reviewed 2026-05-05

This agreement extends the general Rental Agreement with terms specific to ATV and side-by-side rentals.

1. Driver age and license

Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license recognized in Mexico. Passengers under 18 may ride only on multi-seater models and must wear the provided helmet at all times.

2. Permitted areas

ATV use is permitted on published trails, unpaved roads, and parking areas designated by the cenote or destination. Driving on paved highways, beach sand, or protected reserve land is prohibited and voids damage protection.

3. Helmets and safety equipment

Helmets and goggles are provided and must be worn by the driver and all passengers at all times the ATV is in motion. The Renter is responsible for any fines arising from non-use and for damage caused by safety-equipment misuse.

4. Passenger and cargo limits

The seating capacity and cargo limit of the ATV is identified on the product page. Exceeding either is grounds for immediate termination of the rental.

5. Off-road damage waiver scope

The included waiver covers ordinary off-road use within published trails and designated parking areas. Stunt riding, racing, jumps, and traversing unmarked terrain are not covered and the Renter is fully liable for resulting damage.

6. Group bookings

For group bookings of three or more ATVs, the lead Renter accepts joint responsibility for the actions of all riders in the party.
