Where do you deliver?
Tulum centro, the hotel zone (Boca Paila road north of Sian Ka’an), and most Aldea Zama. Outside that, a small per-km fee applies.
How early can you deliver?
From 8:00 AM. For earlier-than-8 we charge a small after-hours fee and confirm by message.
What if my flight is late?
No charge for re-scheduling within the same calendar day. We hold your unit on standby.
