Frequently asked questions
Can I take it to a cenote?
Yes — most cenote owners accept ATV parking. We will mark family-friendly cenotes on the map at pickup.
Age limit?
Drivers must be 18+ with a valid license. Passengers from 8+ are fine on multi-seater models.
Off-road insurance?
Your included policy covers liability, accident and major damage on published trails. Theft and minor (1–10%) damage are optional add-ons. Beach driving is excluded — ask before riding sand.
