Rental Rules, Restrictions, Fees, and Terms & Conditions: No drinking and driving. All drivers must have a valid driver's license, and should comply with all road and parking regulations. Parking is strictly prohibited on red lines, at intersections or corners,“No Parking” areas, in front of gates or access points, and no double-parking. Any fines or penalties incurred are the renter’s responsibility. Gas must be refilled or paid for on the day of departure. For your security, the golf cart must be locked whenever it is unattended, If the golf cart is found unlocked, it will be confiscated immediately and will not be returned to the renter. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued. Please note that our golf carts are strictly prohibited from being driven to the farthest northern end of the island, including El Norte Bar & Grill, Margaritaville, Reef Heaven, and Rocky Point.

If the golf cart is driven to any of these restricted areas and subsequently breaks down, the Renter shall be solely responsible for a mandatory towing and recovery fee of US$500, payable in cash. This fee shall apply without exception and shall be due immediately upon recovery of the golf cart.

The Guest/Renter must present a valid driver’s license prior to operating or renting the golf cart.

The golf cart will be provided with a specified level of fuel at the commencement of the rental. The Renter is responsible for returning the golf cart with the same level of fuel as provided. If the golf cart is returned with less fuel than the required level, the Renter shall be responsible for the applicable fuel refill charge, which must be paid upon return or on the departure date.

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance throughout the rental period. In the event of a breakdown or mechanical issue, the Renter must contact us immediately. We will dispatch a service agent to assess and, where possible, repair the golf cart. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, we will provide a replacement golf cart.

In the event of inclement or severe weather conditions upon the Guest’s arrival, the Guest may arrange transportation by taxi to their resort or accommodation. Once the Guest has arrived safely, we will arrange for the golf cart to be delivered directly to their resort, at no additional charge.

The Guest may request to extend the rental period, subject to availability. Any request for an extension must be submitted at least one (1) day prior to the original rental end date.

Once the Guest has selected their rental dates and confirmed the availability of a golf cart, the booking page will proceed to the payment section. Payment must be completed in order to confirm and secure the reservation.
